Hey, golfers! I’m Jennifer, a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 & Level 2 Certified and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My mission is to help golfers feel stronger, move better, and play longer — without pain.
Every program I design combines mobility, strength, and performance work tailored to your body and swing. Whether you’re looking to add distance, improve flexibility, or stay injury-free, I’m here to help you reach your goals.
